Sustainable bushland management & regeneration support
Professional bush regeneration and ecological restoration across the Clarence Valley and surrounding regions. We work with councils, landholders and environmental teams to restore native bushland through careful, low-impact land management.

Our Philosophy
Our Approach to Living Landscapes
We combine ecological knowledge with practical bushland regeneration skills to restore and protect native landscapes. Drawing on more than a decade of hands-on conservation work, Top Bushworks supports landholders, conservation organisations and environmental programs to improve biodiversity and strengthen ecosystem health.
Regeneration-first
Prioritising natural regeneration and the native seed bank to restore ecosystems with minimal disturbance.
Minimal disturbance
Using careful, site-appropriate techniques that protect soil structure and surrounding flora while managing invasive species.
Site-safe access
Specialised methods allow work in sensitive bushland areas while avoiding unnecessary ground disturbance or access impacts.
Clear reporting
Providing transparent updates and ecological observations to support conservation programs and land management outcomes.

Details →Our Fleet
Specialist equipment, used with a light environmental footprint
Our small 2-tonne excavator is used carefully within bushland regeneration projects where minimal ground disturbance is essential. It allows us to access sensitive areas, assist with ecological restoration work, and complete precision tasks that would otherwise cause greater environmental impact.
The machine can also be hired for suitable local projects where low-impact access and careful environmental management are required.
Carefully accessing sensitive bushland areas where large machines would cause greater disturbance.
Assisting bushland regeneration tasks such as access preparation, vegetation management and ecological restoration work.

Testimonials
Trusted by Land Managers
"Top Bushworks transformed our degraded gully corridor into a thriving catchment zone and also eradicated invasive weeds from 2ha of overrun native forest. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, easy to deal with in communication and, more importantly, extremely professional, thorough and diligent in their work attitude plus genuinely passionate about the outcomes. The improvement in our property has been remarkable - I could not recommend the Top Bushworks team more highly."

"Diggers Camp Dune Care first met Lola in 2022 during a bushland restoration program. Following this, Lola worked on the Diggers Headland Reserve through the Crown Reserve Improvement Fund, getting to know all areas of the Reserve and honing a variety of skills. In a very short time Lola's skills and work ethic were being widely sort after, working on NPWS contracts in the Yuraygir National Park surrounding the Reserve, Council Reserves and private properties within the Clarence Valley. Her attention to detail, mapping of work areas and regular communication with the group and other stakeholders have made an invaluable contribution to the groups ability to carry on Restoring the Bushland of the Diggers Headland Reserve and we can only hope that it is a relationship that will carry on for many years."
